This workshop is an introduction to fundamental programming concepts and the Python programming language, an accessible and highly usable language and at the same time very popular.
Participants will understand basic data structures as well as control structures. The workshop will cover input and output functions, as well as basic algorithms. Students will create and develop games through programming, such as hangman. Finally, they will build their first application with graphical user interface, and they will create an entertaining anagram quiz.
The workshop is addressed to young people aged 12 to 18 years old and consists of four two-hour modules. No previous experience in programming is required.
The workshop is conducted in the Greek language.
